Couarge to Fly Erin Cox

Erin Cox is on a mission to revolutionize motherhood into a hotter, healthier, and more joyful experience, as outlined in her bestselling new book, One Hot Mama: The Guide to Getting Your Mind and Body Back After Baby (Hay House, Nov. 2012). Her powerful messages ring true for all women – that we need to take utmost care of our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being so we have energy and joy to pursue our passions and be the partners and parents we have always aspired to be.

Erin has become an expert in leading a peaceful, healthy, fulfilled life as a mother through her personal experiences since delivering her first child in 2006. As the wife of an Air Force F-15 pilot, Erin has moved four times since her wedding in 2002. As a result, she has bonded with and learned from mothers from all over the world. Erin also worked in water resources science and engineering before upheaving her life and following her dream of inspiring women with her writing and speaking. Erin’s mission is to nurture and support women so they can love and feel good about themselves, live their dream lives, and offer their best selves to their loved ones. She can be found practicing yoga, snuggling with her three precious kids, or having a glass of wine with her husband, Steve, at her home in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
